Our team of chefs, led by Chef Michal Hajdus, has prepared a special tasting menu in two versions. At its core was the idea of presenting the best of the Polish palace cuisine tradition in one multi-course meal.
In our tasting menu you will find dishes based on ingredients typical of landed gentry cuisine, with special emphasis on venison. There will also be fish and duck dishes, for which Wierzynek Restaurant has been famous for years.
Optionally, each of our sets can be ordered with a wine pairing.
